Full Moon Trail Run This Friday Night

Postby Dane Jennings » Tue Sep 06, 2011 6:23 pm

For something different this Friday night at 6.30 we are planning a trail run. There is a full moon on Monday 12th so if the clouds hold off it should be pretty clear. The run will start from my house, 95 Bambil rd Berowra and head out and back along the Ti-Tree Fire Trail (about 9km). Due to safety concerns this will be a group run and will only be as fast as the slowest runner. Bring a torch and suggest a mobile phone, whistle and a change of shoes.

This does sound fun. Not run fit but this is a good motivator. See you then.

Hi Dane,
Great idea and thanks for organising this. I'm not run fit either and needing some motivation, so weather permitting I'll see you all there. :D

Fingers crossed it’s not going to rain anymore, so a run will still go ahead of course the trail will be muddy so a standard boring road run is the alternative, it will depend on who turns up at 6.30 we will decide then.
So I suggest have a teaspoon of concrete, harden up and let’s get dirty!
